Streaks & MEQ
Everything I do in the app is logged, which means it’s easy to calculate streaks for habits — which I find very motivating.
I can see in the Streaks module how long my current streaks are against my longest ever, and how many total events of that type have been logged (I already meditated and vibe-checked today, so those are lit up orange — the others I will do later today).

(Unfortunately I haven’t previously tracked meditations, so I have no historical data to backfill there, and others have varying degrees of historical data available. I wish I had this app my whole life!)
Below the streaks you can see a sort of “calendar” view. In the case of vibe checks (above) it is colored based on the result of the vibe check (more on that later). For other streaks, it just shows completed vs. not, like for my 750 Words habit:

Can you see Burning Man week in there? :)
Related to the streaks, I have a concept called Minimum Effective Quantification. There’s a module for this too, of course. Here it is (with backfilled fake data; I’m writing this on Sunday so the counters just reset for me in the production data):

As I do pomodoro sessions, I can just hit it to increment; and same with pushups and logging steps at the end of the day.
Next up is notes & AI.
